Mineralogy and geochemistry of Neoproterozoic granites in the Telfer region, Paterson Orogen, Western Australia

34th International Geological Congress Abstract

The Telfer area in the Paterson Orogen of Western Australia is relatively unique in Australia because of the presence of late Neoproterozoic granites (e.g., the Mount Crofton, Minyari, Wilki and O’Callaghans granites) that have intruded metamorphosed sedimentary rocks around the world-class Telfer Au-Cu deposit.
